Denver Boot Camps is becoming the biggest program in Denver, Colorado.
It is already the toughest. For both men and
women, it is one of the best programs to burn over 1000 calories in an
hour, while burning pounds of fat and toning your muscles.
It's a great way to get that sexy female body or bulk up for

guys. The instructor is someone who understands how to be
tough
at
a boot camp, a former Marine. The program is perfect for
everyone because you are pushed to your own personal limits.
We have everyone out there from new moms, to bridal
preparers, marathon runners, triathlon participants, etc.
Scott has a personal training studio in the
Capitol Hill area of Downtown Denver where he conducts individual
personal training, group personal training, and fitness boot camps.
Scott has five years in the workforce as a personal trainer
and
fitness coach in Denver. He also has ten years combined military
experience while running his physical training programs in the Marine
Corps and Army.

Q. I'm not in shape at all, can I still participate?
A. Yes, you will be challenged at your own level. You may
only
get 5 pushups, but if that's your limit, then we will make progress
from there.
Q. Is this for both male and females?
A. Yes of all ages, come one come all.
Q. What will we be doing at boot camp?
A. A combination of calisthenics and weight lifting.

excellent and for all levels. He has the innate ability to make sure
everyone in the group gets a good workout regardless of fitness level

11. If you want to get in shape but are like me and hate going to the
average gym, you should definitely checkout group training with Scott.
Its motivating because Scott provides guidance and instruction plus he
makes the workouts fun. The most important piece is that he pushes you
so that you dont give up on yourself at times when you may have given
up if you were working out alone. Great atmosphere and fast results.
12. I have been working with Scott for about 7 months in those months
he helped me prepared for my first triathlon and lose almost 70 pounds.
When I first saw Scott on his website I thought, he looks scary I hope
I get ahold of his training partner Jason because he looks much nicer
but as it happened I reached Scott and I have never been happier. He
pushes me in every session but never lets me get discouraged or
unmotivated. He has also become a great friend which is very important
